Glamorous Showstopper of Birdhichand at IIJW Mumbai 2014

As IIJW 2014 is not too far away now, it’s time to rewind and relive the beautiful memories that Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers have experienced at the leading fashion and jewellery show of India.

In the year 2011, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers launched a collection ‘Adrishya‘ that was designed with a unique technique where gold jewellery was bedecked with precious colored stones without the gold visible at all. Adrishya was launched at IIJW Mumbai with show stopper being the sensational Bollywood Diva, Malaika Arora Khan.

In the year 2012, after Adrishya made its mark in the history of jewellery, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers unveiled their new range of contemporary jewellery ‘Aranya’ at IIJW Mumbai. Aranya meaning ‘forest’ was a poetic inspiration of nature, flowers, leaves and most importantly the fauna of India. The designs featured various birds and animals like elephant, peacock and was an exquisite theme in itself. Aranya was launched by the gorgeous former Miss Universe and leading Indian film actress Sushmita Sen.

In 2013, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers, who are known to come up with a new theme and marvelous craftsmanship with every collection, designed something that had never been done before. They designed a collection that was inspired by the pristine architecture of Rajasthan and named it after a fort that is known as one of the most bewildering architectural marvels, Amér.

Amér was launched at IIJW New Delhi 2013 with the stunning former Miss-Universe and Bollywood actress Lara Dutta.

At IIJW Mumbai 2013, Birdhichand once again dazzled the audience with its theme “Reflection of undying charm of Rajasthan in Indian Cinema” and presented Amér with four showstoppers depicting different eras of Indian cinema. The royal and beautiful Sharmila Tagore, the talented Rajasthani folk singer and actress, Ila Arun , the contemporary actress Kangana Ranaut and the handsome model turned actor Vidyut Jamwal scorched the ramp.

We are all set to launch our new collection AKS inspired by the journey of time and reflection of the vivid cultures all around the world at IIJW Mumbai 2014, on 16th July with the breath taking showstopper Parineeti Chopra.
